Are you
ready Steve? Uh-huh
Andy? Yeah
Mick? Okay
Alright
fellas - let's go!
Oh it's been
getting so hard
Living with
the things you do to me
My dreams
are getting so strange
I'd like to
tell you everything I see
Oh, I see a
man in the back as a matter of fact
His eyes
were as red as the sun
And the girl
in the corner that no one ignores
Cause she
thinks she's the passionate one
Oh Yeah! It
was like lightning
Everybody
was frightening
And the
music was soothing
And they all
started grooving
Yeah, Yeah,
Yeah-Yeah-Yeah
And the man
in the back said everyone attack
And it
turned into a ballroom blitz
And the girl
in the corner said boy I want to warn you
It'll turn
into a ballroom blitz
Ballroom
blitz, ballroom blitz, ballroom blitz, ballroom blitz
Oh reaching
out for something
Touching
nothing's all I ever do
Oh I softly
call you over
When you
appear there's nothing left of you
And the man
in the back is ready to crack
As he raises
his hands to the sky
And the girl
in the corner is everyone's mourner
She could
kill you with a wink of her eye
Oh Yeah! It
was electric
So
frantically hectic
And the band
started leaving
Cause they
all stopped breathing
Yeah, Yeah,
Yeah-Yeah-Yeah
And the man
in the back said everyone attack
And it
turned into a ballroom blitz
And the girl
in the corner said boy I want to warn you
It'll turn
into a ballroom blitz
Ballroom
blitz, ballroom blitz, ballroom blitz, ballroom blitz
Oh Yeah! It
was like lightning
Everybody
was frightening
And the
music was soothing
And they all
started grooving
Yeah, Yeah,
Yeah-Yeah-Yeah
And the man
in the back said everyone attack
And it
turned into a ballroom blitz
And the girl
in the corner said boy I want to warn you
It'll turn
into a ballroom blitz
Ballroom
blitz, ballroom blitz, ballroom blitz, ballroom blitz
It's it's a
ballroom blitz
It's it's a
ballroom blitz
It's it's a
ballroom blitz
2.- YOU’RE THE
SUNSHINE OF MY LIFE (Stevie Wonder).- Una de
las más bellas baladas de 1973, fue realmente la canción “You Are The Sunshine Of My Life” de Stevie Wonder.
You are the
sunshine of my life
That's why
I'll always be around,
You are the
apple of my eye,
Forever
you'll stay in my heart
I feel like
this is the beginning,
Though I've
loved you for a million years,
And if I
thought our love was ending,
I'd find
myself drowning in my own tears
You are the
sunshine of my life,
That's why
I'll always stay around,
You are the
apple of my eye,
Forever
you'll stay in my heart
You must
have known that I was lonely,
Because you
came to my rescue,
And I know
that this must be heaven,
How could so
much love be inside of you?
You are the
sunshine of my life, yeah,
That's why
I'll always stay around,
You are the
apple of my eye,
Forever
you'll stay in my heart

Love has joined us,
Love has
joined us,
Let's think
sweet love
3.- KILLING ME
SOFTLY WITH HIS SONG (Roberta Flack).- Y para
cerrar este año musical de 1973, qué mejor que esta gran canción: “Killing Me Softly With His Song” de
Roberta Flack.
podía conocer a Charles Fox.
trabajando llamada “Killing Me Softly …”, y él me dijo, ‘Hazlo, nena’.
Strumming my
pain with his fingers
Singing my
life with his words
Killing me
softly with his song
Killing me
softly with his song
Telling my
whole life with his words
Killing me
softly with his song
I heard he
sang a good song
I heard he
had a style
And so I
came to see him
To listen
for a while
And there he
was this young boy
A stranger
to my eyes
Strumming my
pain with his fingers
Singing my
life with his words
Killing me
softly with his song
Killing me
softly with his song
Telling my
whole life with his words
Killing me
softly with his song
I felt all
flushed with fever
Embarassed
by the crowd
I felt he
found my letters
And read
each one out loud
I prayed
that he would finish
But he just
kept right on
Strumming my
pain with his fingers
Singing my
life with his words
Killing me
softly with his song
Killing me
softly with his song
Telling my
whole life with his words
Killing me
softly with his song
He sang as
if he knew me
In all my
dark despair
And then he
looked right through me
As if I
wasn't there
And he just
kept on singing
Singing
clear and strong
Strumming my
pain with his fingers
Singing my
life with his words
Killing me
softly with his song
Killing me
softly with his song
Telling my
whole life with his words
Killing me
softly with his song
Strumming my
pain with his fingers
Singing my
life with his words
Killing me
softly with his song
Killing me
softly with his song
Telling my
whole life with his words
Killing me
He was
strumming my pain
Yeah, he was
singing my life
Killing me
softly with his song
Killing me
softly with his song
Telling my
whole life with his words
Killing me
softly
